Room for rent in a beautiful two-story house in one of the most sought-after areas of Alcala, good location and easy exit to the A92. The room is individual and furnished, with air conditioning. You can also enjoy all the common rooms, a small patio and a huge roof terrace to share with me (owner of the house, 39 years old) and with my 6-year-old daughter on alternate weeks. I am looking for someone who is easy to get along with, respectful and, above all, good people. (Do not bother the children, mine is a sunny, but a girl after all).
