I'm renting a room in a beautiful two-story house in one of the most desirable areas of Alcalá, with a good location and easy access to the A92.
The room is single and furnished, with air conditioning. Water, gas, and internet included in the price. Shared electricity bill. You'll also be able to enjoy all the common areas, a small patio, and a huge roof terrace to share with me (the owner of the house, 40 years old) and my 8-year-old daughter on alternate weeks. I'm looking for someone easy to live with, respectful, and above all, nice. (She shouldn't mind the kids; mine's a sweetheart, but a child nonetheless).
