Urban apartment ideal for SHORT-TERM and SEASONAL RENTALS (ideal for Digital Nomads & Remote Workers, filming professionals, doctors or nurses, temporary jobs, postgraduates, ULL Erasmus, EUC students...). It has two comfortable rooms and two dedicated workspaces (max. of 2 tenants). Price includes kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans), electrical appliances (toaster, kettle, electric and capsule coffee maker, toaster, blender). Towels, sheets and cleaning* (please ask).
It has an open concept kitchen-living room with a living room obtaining a large space to be with a sofa and dining room. It has a bathroom with a shower. The 2 bedrooms are in the inner part of the apartment and receive light from the private interior patio. The kitchen is fully equipped.
It is in the heart of the city in one of the best neighborhoods of Santa Cruz (Ramón y Cajal and Duggi-Los Hoteles area), very quiet and surrounded by parks and walking areas.
The building has an elevator but no parking.
Demonstrable solvency is required (Stable payroll, IRPF) or a deposit and/or guarantor may be required on a case-to-case basis. Please, NO intermediaries. NO agency cost for tenant or owner.
The publication price corresponds to long-term contracts. We can also offer seasonal rentals, as detailed below (including bedding, cleaning and expenses):
- Medium-term contract (4-6 months): 1,550 €/month
- Seasonal contract (2-4 months): 1,675 €/month.
