Hi, I’m Pierre, 29, from Germany, living and working in Barcelona. My flatmate, Kira, is relocating for work and renting out her fully furnished room for three months (mid Jan-Ap). You’d share the flat with me—a bright, cozy space with a great living room and a terrace to enjoy the winter sunshine!
We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and respectful (female preferred, per landlord). Ideally, you’re 20–35 years old, open-minded, and easy to get along with. The landlord has approved subletting to woman (since Kira is also female) so everything’s above board with a proper contract.
About me: I’m positive, outgoing, and love meeting new people. I enjoy sports, socializing, and occasionally relaxing at home.
