AGREEMENT CONDITIONS:_- We are looking for VERY QUIET, VERY CLEAN, VERY TIDY, VERY RESPECTFUL people_- However, visits from partners, family or friends are allowed if previously notified_- SMOKING, parties and animals are prohibited_- Expenses: electricity, water and internet are paid separately between all of us, they are around € 25-30 per person_- One month's deposit is required_- The minimum stay is two months, the maximum is eleven months (renewable)_- One month's notice must be given when leaving_- The deposit is returned in full at the end of the stay unless any of the conditions of this agreement are breached or to repair damage caused to the room or apartment by the people leaving.
