Hello! My name is Laura, I am 29 years old and I am a secondary school teacher.
I am looking for a roommate for May. I am looking for a quiet, respectful and clean girl. Since the apartment is small, for everyone's comfort, couples are not accepted, nor are visitors who stay to sleep (except in cases of force majeure). Pets are also not accepted, it is an essential requirement of the rental contract.
The apartment has two fairly large rooms of the same size, the apartment is small but well-kept and recently renovated. It is very well connected to the metro less than 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia stop, the apartment is in a quiet passage.
The apartment was unfurnished, so the room will be empty (or my roommate who is leaving wants to sell some furniture, it must be agreed with her).
The price includes internet, water and electricity costs. Also, a deposit must be paid at the beginning that will be returned at the end of the contract.
