The apartment is on the main floor, has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small laundry room, a living room with two balconies, a table, air conditioning and a large closet for storage (there is no TV by choice), a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning also in the living room. Lots of light!
I work in the mornings (I get up quite early) I'm quiet at home and I'm looking for someone who has the same common sense as me: tolerant, clean, flexible and respectful of personal spaces.
I smoke on the balcony, never inside the house.
