There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles. Full kitchen with dining table, living room with TV and comfortable and large sofa, exterior balcony. It has 2 bathrooms, one full and the other with WC and sink. I live alone in the house.
Location: Fort Pienc near Sagrada Familia and 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. Room with double bed and a loft with a double bed as well. Expenses included (electricity, water, Internet).
