Entrance fee: month + deposit.
Expenses separate, shared: electricity, gas, water and internet (approx. €30) + common boat €3.
Organization, cleaning and rules of coexistence.
Minimum stay 1 year.
No smoking, no pets, one person per room**, no cohabitation**, no minors under 25.
