Description
This is a bright, high-ceilinged apartment for a single woman/girl to live alone. We are currently two people, a man and a woman, working during the day in the house; we are dedicated to the visual arts. We do not spend the night in the apartment. The newcomer will enjoy a separate wing of the apartment, separate from the studios, with two rooms: a bedroom and a room that can be used as a work office. Both rooms have exterior views with balconies overlooking the street. We will share the living room (with a projector and giant screen), kitchen, and bathroom. We are two people in our 50s, and we value peace and quiet to carry out our work.
