A single room for rent in a chalet with a mattress measuring 1.05 meters wide x 1.90 meters long and 21 cm high, and a box spring, is available for a working, non-smoking person, preferably a female. Monthly rent is 360 euros plus utilities (i.e., 410 euros). One month's deposit is required. The guest may use and enjoy a shared bathroom with the tenant in the adjoining room. The guest may use the kitchen, backyard, and laundry facilities (up to 3 times a week). Internet access is available, as is heating during nighttime hours. Visitors are not allowed.
