Looking for a GIRL for a room in a 4-bedroom girls' apartment. Move-in starting in May. Fully renovated. Furnished with a 1.40m box spring bed, wardrobe, desk, and a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large dining room with a TV with Netflix and a large table for eating together. Two balconies, one in front and one in back, plus a storage room. Everything is new. Looking for quiet, respectful people who want to stay for at least a year. The other 3 roommates are between 20 and 23 years old, so we are looking for people of a similar age.
What is included in the price?
- Expenses: electricity, water, heating all winter without limits, internet (you don't need to register, open an account where everyone pays expenses, change the name when you leave...).
