Hi, I'm looking for a roommate in Los Realejos (near Plaza San Agustín, very good bus connections). The room is the one with the bed and the wardrobe. The apartment includes a private garage, and a legal contract is required. The roommate I live with will be leaving soon, and I'd really like to share with someone quiet. The expenses (water, electricity, and internet) are shared, but she doesn't come often, as that would also be split. I'd like to have someone by mid-May. I'm not asking for a deposit. There are still some details I'd like to discuss, but for more information, I'd be happy to talk to you and explain every detail of the apartment in private. I don't allow pets, according to the conditions imposed by the landlord. I'm here for anything. 🌹
