Description
I rent a comfortable room with a large storage bed inside. It's bright with a window and an outside clothesline. It's quiet, with a white rectangular wardrobe included, and has wooden parquet floors. The apartment is cozy, small, quiet, and clean. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished, with Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Everything is centrally located, with supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops, and metro lines 5 (green) and 6 (gray) at the Urgel and Opañel stations. The room price is 450 euros per month, payable in advance (bills included) and includes a 1-month deposit (250 euros) to be paid upon checkout. For a single person, responsible, hardworking, and with a stable job (students without a permanent job are not accepted, unless they can afford the payment, nor are couples).
