Residents can register at the property with a minimum stay of six months. Not suitable for residents receiving RGI (Regional Income Tax). Room with a 1.05m bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, etc., also a 1.35cm bed. Very bright apartment, common areas, bathroom with shower, and toilet. Bi-weekly cleaning of common areas and maintenance of Wi-Fi and electricity and water usage up to €60 per person. There is a final cleaning fee payable in the first month of stay. We do not provide bed linen, towels, duvets, cushions, or smokers, etc. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property. Very bright apartment with 5 exterior bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. It has a dining room as a common area.
