Very well connected by metro (Line 4 five minutes away and Line 1 fifteen minutes away) and various buses. Next to the beach and very close to the Glorias Shopping Center, Icaria, and Diagonal Mar. Supermarkets and BICing points are very close to the house, and Rambla de Poblenou is two minutes away. The room is double and faces the street, with lots of natural light, space for plants, and an extendable mosquito net. From the window you can see the beach, which is 5 minutes away. It is equipped with a medium-sized closet, a nightstand, and a wall shelf. Desk and fan not included. A 32-year-old woman, a dog, and a cat live in the apartment. We are looking for another employed, mature person who wants to be at home and relax. Students, Erasmus students, tourists, couples, or families with children are not allowed.
