Double room for rent in a shared house. The house itself is a large chalet with a large outdoor area. It is divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The entrance to the chalet is shared, but the entrances to each apartment are independent. The exterior is shared with the apartment below, where the landlady lives. Two cats live in the house. Parking is available. There is a swimming pool in summer, although it is currently covered. The rental apartment has four bedrooms, but only one is rented out (only two tenants in total). There are two bathrooms, so each tenant would use a different bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and terrace are shared. Rent does not include utilities. Electricity and water are usually around €80/month each (divided between the two apartments). Wi-Fi is €28, also divided between the two apartments. The fuel tank (for heating and hot water) needs to be filled once or twice a year, an expense that is also shared. Tenant requirements:
