I rent a spacious, bright, exterior room in the Santiago-Judizmendi area, 5 minutes from the center of Vitoria-Gasteiz. The room has a 135 cm box spring bed with a memory foam mattress and pillow, a bedside table with drawers, a drawer, and a bedside lamp, a study table with a desk lamp and ergonomic chair, a laundry basket, and a TV and decoration table. The house has central heating, hot water via electric heater, and fiber optic internet via Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hob, and oven. The bathroom is also fully equipped. Deposit €450. Price for single use for 1 year: €365, plus expenses. Only rented to solvent people. We only rent for long-term stays. There are rules for living in the house and the community to follow.
