The flat we live in is a renovated flat, bright, spacious and clean. The atmosphere is calm, we don't have parties although sometimes we have dinner together. We are looking for a calm and careful person.
The area is very well connected. We have the Joanic metro station nearby.
Currently there are two of us in the flat. With you there would be three of us.
