Apart from the bedroom and main bathroom, the right to use the rest of the house is granted, where there is an office, living room and small kitchen. _Very quiet. _I am a hard-working person who spends a lot of time away from home. The costs fluctuate in winter/summer due to heating, they are calculated according to the month, they are not a fixed 50 euros each month.
