Ideal room for couples. Brand new double mattress. Apartment in a quiet area, close to the center and well connected with buses at the patio door that take you to the center in 10-15 minutes and the metro a few minutes walk away that takes you to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento in 4 minutes.
Expenses are not included: they are €60 per month per room and include water, electricity, gas, Internet and a cleaning per month. Two months' deposit is required, which can be paid in several installments depending on the length of your stay. Neither the prices nor the months of deposit are negotiable.
I request a certificate of non-delinquency (ASNEF), CIRBE and a recent payroll. All of this can be obtained at the bank in a moment.
For the welfare of the coexistence with the other tenants, pets, minors and smokers are not accepted. Parties and loud music are not allowed.
