Description
Room with two single beds. The area is quiet, close to the centre and well connected with buses at the front door that take you to the centre in 10-15 minutes and the metro in a few minutes walk that takes you to the Town Hall Square in 4 minutes.
Expenses are not included: they are €60 per month per room and include water, electricity, gas, Internet and a cleaning per month. Two months' deposit is required. Neither the prices nor the months' deposit are negotiable. The months' deposit can be paid in several installments depending on the length of your stay.
I request a certificate of non-delinquency (ASNEF), CIRBE and a recent payroll. All of this can be obtained at the bank in a moment.
For the welfare of the coexistence with the other tenants, pets, minors and smokers are not accepted. Parties and loud music are not allowed.
