✨ Bi-weekly cleaning in common areas. It is not an obligation on our part, but we support you to maintain a good atmosphere. For a good coexistence, each tenant must clean up after themselves.
🔧 Maintenance service: If something is damaged by normal use (appliances, furniture, facilities, etc.), we will take care of repairing or replacing it.
