Room for rent with a 1.35 double bed (only for one person, woman; please, men do not contact or couples) with a shared bathroom with a hydromassage shower, to live with another roommate in Barrio de la Luna. A woman is sought who is demanding with cleanliness and order, serious, respectful in coexistence, serene life (quiet habits inside the house) and with an employment contract.
It is necessary that you commit to taking care of the plants while I am not there (I will go to the apartment approximately every 2 months). Visitors and animals are not allowed.
Close to bus stops, Mercadona and Ahorramas supermarkets and Supera sports center. Expenses included: Electricity, water, heating and internet. Month's deposit in advance.
Private contract for 6 months (extension not confirmed). The deposit will not be returned if the 6 months are not met.
