Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share a house in Dosrius. It is located in the center of the town and next to the forest. It is a four-sided house with lots of light. It has a large terrace that gets the sun all day. There are two bathrooms so everyone could have their own. The room for rent is about 8m2 and has 2 large built-in wardrobes. There is a double mattress and a bed base but there is no frame, it can be used or removed. The house has a nice fireplace. It is open to pets. Smoking is not usually allowed inside the house but exceptions can be made.
The price includes expenses (electricity, water, internet).
I am looking for someone to move in in March. The ideal thing is to find someone who wants to enter into the contract.
