I am renting a large, bright room in an equally large, bright and quiet penthouse in the heart of Alicante, two blocks from the port promenade and the bus station. A very large outdoor terrace and a spacious and very well-equipped kitchen. A very bright and comfortable living room. Two spacious and fully equipped bathrooms.
Only I and the person who rents this room live in the apartment, and there is also an extra room that is for guests and a study. The elevator takes you directly to the underground parking lot, where you can rent a space. The location and connection are perfect for quickly entering and leaving the city by car, even though the apartment is central.
A friend comes weekly to help us with the cleaning.
I like to have a quiet, clean apartment and a collaborative, positive and nice coexistence. I am not a smoker, so smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
