Description
Two single rooms are for rent from late March/early April until 31/08/2025. Both rooms have a single bed, a wardrobe, shelves and a desk with a chair. There is a third room in the house, occupied by a 28-year-old working girl with a medium-sized dog. The house is equipped with fast fiber internet, TV, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hot/cold air conditioning and two shared balconies overlooking the street. The area is quiet and peaceful, close to the center (about 15 minutes walk) and universities, with many shops, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies in the surrounding area.
