Description
Room available from February 1st in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment._Natural light and quiet neighborhood._You will live with a family (couple aged 45 and 40) and their 21 year old student daughter._We also offer half board (€850 includes breakfast and dinner). Half board requests are prioritized. We can send you a sample weekly menu for your evaluation._Minimum stay of 4 months._1 month deposit (€450)._€30 mandatory cleaning fee per month. Includes 2 cleanings of the room and shared bathroom.
