Colorful girl rents a room in the city center. I'm looking for people with good vibes and sensitivity. I prefer creative, artistic, active, and socially committed people.
The house is old, but it is warm, comfortable and cozy. It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in the city center. The house will be shared with 2 other people, it is an LGTBI Friendly apartment.
The room is small and has a piano. If you are musical, this is the perfect room for you: )
The costs of internet, water, central heating and electricity are 50 euros per month additional to the rental price. Two cleanings per month of the common areas are included in the price.
The apartment is fully equipped. You only have to bring your towels and bed linen. There is no television. One cleaning per month of the common areas is included in the price.
