Common areas include kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, living room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and terrace with clotheslines. Extra costs €50 per month which include water, gas, electricity, wifi and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. Very quiet environment and good coexistence. We are looking for an educated, clean person who works outside the home. Couples are not accepted. Available in January.
