Two rooms are available in a house in the Sucre area, 12 minutes walk from the UVic university.
The beds are double (135cm and 110cm). The rooms have a large desk, desk lamp, office chair, wardrobe, bedside table, armchair, TV socket, individual thermostat for heating and air conditioning.
The prices for long stays (more than 12 months) are €550 and €520/month, with all expenses (water, electricity, gas, internet, maintenance...), household materials (toilet paper, kitchen paper, oven paper, film, garbage bags, rags, cloths...) and CLEANING OF COMMON AREAS 3 TIMES A WEEK, INCLUDED.
Every 2-3 rooms share a bathroom. Every 3 rooms share a fridge with freezer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you may need (oven, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, glasses...), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and iron.
