Two rooms are offered in a shared apartment in the center, 12 minutes walk from the UVic university.
The beds are double (135cm). The rooms have a large desk, desk lamp, office chair, wardrobe, bedside table, individual heating thermostat and also two sofas and a TV.
The prices for long stays (more than 12 months) are 480 and 510€/month, with all expenses (water, electricity, gas, internet, maintenance ...), kitchen supplies (toilet paper, kitchen paper, oven paper, film, garbage bags, rags, dishcloths ...) and CLEANING OF COMMON AREAS TWICE A WEEK, INCLUDED.
Every 2-3 rooms share a bathroom. Every 3 rooms share a fridge with freezer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you may need (oven, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, glasses...), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and iron.
