The flat is very nice, cosy, quiet and bright. The atmosphere is respectful and warm. We have an electric piano in case there is a music student who might be interested. There are views on the roof and it is a place to sunbathe, hang clothes, etc.
The Guinardó park and the Font d'en Fargues are also nearby.
The economic conditions are 1 month's deposit.
