The apartment is generous in space and easy to keep clean. A hard-working, clean and tidy person is sought in the common areas. Parties are not allowed, although visits from family or friends are accepted, as long as they are not frequent.
Conditions:
-Electricity and water costs separate (approximately € 50 / person).
-1GB fiber internet included.
-Cleaning of common areas included.
-One month's deposit and minimum stay of 3 months.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
-This summer the community pool will probably be available.
The initial contact is made through the chat. Subsequently, an interview and solvency check will be coordinated by WhatsApp, before the visit to the home.
