The price of the room includes:
- Wi-Fi connection
- Water, electricity and gas costs
- Weekly cleaning of common areas
- A set of sheets, 2 towels, 1 winter duvet and pillow
- Clothesline
Only 2 people will live in the flat. Couples please do not call, thank you.
The common areas are:
- Living room open to the kitchen.
- Small balcony with washing machine, outside clothesline
- A small bathroom, but with a large shower.
- Equipped kitchen
