Clean room, in a cozy three-room apartment, to share with only two other people. I am looking for a person (or couple) who is working or studying, clean, not problematic and quiet. It is important for a good coexistence. The Plaça del Centre metro station is a three-minute walk away, and there are also several types of public transport nearby. Available to move in on December 10th or later, I cannot do it before. The apartment has good quality wifi, all appliances and all furniture. It also includes dishes, clean bed linen, and other basic needs to start living directly. I will make a rental contract and also register if the requirements are met. The individual price is €550 per month all included and one month's deposit. For couples it is €700 per month all included and one month's deposit as well. Pets, please consult the owner directly.
