The room has 15m2, a 135 double bed, two bedside tables and a large closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment has two services, one utilitarian that only has a toilet and the main one that has a bathtub.
In one room we have a gym set up, which is free to use.
We are a couple of women who work and are taking exams. We are looking for a female profile, a serious, responsible, organized and clean person, non-smoker.
We require a minimum stay of one year and a one-month deposit.
The stipulated price is for the rental of the room, the expenses are extra. These have a minimum of 42e and a maximum of 72e. approximately. They include water, electricity, gas and wifi.
