AVAILABILITY for 3 MONTHS: from DECEMBER 1 to MARCH 1.
The room is interior and has a window that overlooks a community gallery. It comes with a single bed, a chest of drawers, two drawers for clothes and a donkey.
The apartment is spacious and bright throughout the day, especially in the living room.
IMPORTANT: be a CLEAN and TIDY person.
There is a fourth room intended as a study to be shared between the 3 of us.
There are also two small rooms intended for the storage of cleaning products, food, coats and shoes.
There is no heating or air conditioning system.
The contract is verbal.
There is a 1 MONTH DEPOSIT that will be returned once you leave, as long as no damage,
defect or problem has been caused or the 3 months of stay are fulfilled.
EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED (electricity, water, gas, internet and various cleaning and hygiene products).
