AVAILABILITY 3 MONTHS, from DECEMBER 1 to MARCH 1.
The room is interior although it has a window that faces the living room which overlooks a patio, so it receives a lot of natural light. It comes with a single bed, a bedside table and two chests of drawers.
The apartment is spacious and bright all day long, especially in the living room, where the light comes in (and therefore into this room).
IMPORTANT: be a CLEAN and TIDY person.
There is a fourth room without a window used as a study to be shared between the 3 of us.
There is no heating or air conditioning system.
The contract is verbal.
There is a 1 MONTH DEPOSIT that will be returned once you leave, as long as no damage,
defect or problem has been caused and the 3 months of agreed stay are met.
EXPENSES are INCLUDED (electricity, water, gas, internet and various cleaning and hygiene products).
COMMUNITY FEES, INCLUDED.
