Hello!
I am renting a second room in my new house.
It is a completely renovated apartment with all new furniture. I am just moving into the house myself.
About the apartment: it is a very nice and bright apartment in Drassanes, on Carrer de Lancaster. It has a projector, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and an alarm. It is a house where guests are welcome and sharing (with respect for others) is very important.
About me: I am 32 years old and I am Italian. I have been away from Italy for 10 years and in Barcelona for 4. I work in the audiovisual industry and I don't have a defined routine. I like to listen to music when I am at home, I like to DJ from time to time at normal times and I love watching movies with the projector.
