Room available for a couple or individual who is responsible, clean, polite, not problematic and has some occupation (work or student). It is available to move in from December or later. The cohabitation will be with two more people, each of whom will be in their respective room. The apartment in general is quite good, it has everything necessary to start living. It has very good quality wifi, for anyone who needs to work from home or simply watch movies. The price for a single person is €450 per month and for couples €600 per month.
