APARTMENT FEATURES:
- Double room in a shared apartment on a quiet street with no traffic, and we are quiet, clean and tidy people
- Four blocks from the Diagonal stations (L3 and L5) and another four from Verdaguer (L4 and L5) and Joanic (L4)
AGREEMENT CONDITIONS:
- We are looking for VERY QUIET, VERY CLEAN, VERY TIDY, VERY RESPECTFUL people
- However, visits from partners, family or friends are allowed if you give prior notice
- SMOKING, parties and animals are NOT ALLOWED
- The expenses: electricity, water and internet are paid separately by everyone, they are around €27 per person
- One month's deposit is required
- The minimum stay is two months, the maximum is eleven months (renewable)
- When leaving, you must give one month's notice
- The deposit is returned in full at the end of the stay unless it is breach any of the terms of this agreement or to repair damage caused to the room or apartment by the persons leaving.
