I rent a room in a shared flat, a flat on the 2nd floor with a lift, all exterior, in a development with an interior garden, close to the metro. It has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a terrace/clothes rack, two bathrooms and four bedrooms, three of which are rented out, the other is used as a storage room.
The costs of water, electricity, gas and Internet are paid at the end of the month between the three of us and on average the monthly payment is around €35.
