I am looking for a long-term roommate.
A room for rent 1 minute from the Ventas metro station. The apartment is a penthouse with a magnificent terrace of almost 25m2.
I am looking for a roommate with a job since the landlord is asking for the last 3 paychecks, who is responsible, calm and tidy.
The heating is central, it is included in the price of €625/month. You would only have to pay for electricity, hot water and internet.
The room overlooks the terrace and is about 11m2. The mattress and wardrobe are being sold separately because they belonged to the old roommate and are barely 15 days old. Both things would be 300 euros.
