Description
Metro UNIVERSITAT (metro line 1,2) To move in November 1st. I rent a room with a window to the outside, in a shared apartment with 4 rooms. The room has a 90cm bed, a desk and a two-door wardrobe. Minimum stay 4 months (until the end of February) extendable. The price is €380 with expenses included (water, electricity, high-speed internet). A deposit of €380 to be returned is required. 2 girls between 26 and 38 years old live in the apartment. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS WORK OR STUDY SCHEDULES OUTSIDE THE HOME that can be proven with (employment contract, certificate of studies, etc.). WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN AND TIDY. NO COUPLES. NO SMOKERS, NO ALCOHOL, NO PETS, NO SKATES OR BICYCLES. We will give priority to those who tell us their profile.
