Room A - € 750 - Double room, 2 90cm beds, TV, independent air conditioning by Airzone, 2 bedside tables with lamp, alarm clock with mobile phone charger base, wardrobe, shoe rack, desk and chair, storage room for private use for this room. PRICE PER PERSON € 375 (THE ROOM IS RENTED IN FULL)
CONDITIONS AND COEXISTENCE
- Required documentation: We request an employment contract and the last 3 pay slips of the tenant.
- Rules to improve coexistence: Smoking and pets are not allowed in the homes.
COMMISSION
- One month of Agency management will be requested.
DEPOSIT
- The law requires 2 months of deposit for seasonal contracts, which will be returned in full at the end of the rental contract, provided that there is no damage to the home.
