- Available for visits_- Available for reservations_- Available to register_- Available to move in on November 6th
AGREEMENT CONDITIONS:_- We are looking for VERY QUIET, VERY CLEAN, VERY TIDY, VERY RESPECTFUL people_- However, visits from partners, family or friends are allowed if you notify in advance_- SMOKING, parties and animals are NOT ALLOWED_- The expenses: electricity, water and internet are paid separately by everyone, they are around €25 per person_- One month's deposit is required_- The minimum stay is two months, the maximum is eleven months (renewable)_- When leaving, you must notify one month in advance_- The deposit is returned in in full at the end of the stay unless any of the conditions of this agreement are breached or to repair damage caused to the room or apartment by people leaving.
