We are looking for a person or couple interested in renting a great room with a private bathroom, air conditioning, exterior views and very pleasant. We require educated, responsible, hard-working (or studying), clean and above all not problematic people. The cohabitation will be with two very educated and calm people, a man and a woman, who will each be in their own room. The location is great, with all types of public transport and basic necessities nearby. The apartment/room comes furnished, exactly as can be seen in the recent photographs.
The price for a single person is €500 per month, with everything included and a month's deposit. For couples it is €700, everything included and a month's deposit as well.
