The house is a duplex, you enter on the upper floor which consists of a fully furnished kitchen and a very spacious living room, the lower floor has the 4 bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms.
The rental is for a long term, with a minimum of 6 months. We are looking for responsible and respectful young people between 25 and 40 years old, with financial solvency.
The price is €500 per month. One month's deposit and one month's fees are required.
