It is an interior room in a 4-room apartment and we are 5 people in total (you, 2 girls who are currently in 2 rooms, and my girlfriend and I who are in a large room).
Fixed expenses (electricity, water, gas, internet) € 40 / month, total € 440._1 month deposit._You can leave the room whenever you want by giving 1 month's notice, but I am preferably looking for someone who wants to stay at least 6 months.
The room has hot and cold air conditioning._It is fully furnished, includes a bed with a latex mattress, large desk, closet, chair, etc._It has fiber optic internet and WIFI.
